A Sh1.29 Billion Investment has been made by Hexing in the Assembly Line for Kenyan Power Products

Kenya’s Nairobi –  A $10 million (Sh1.29 billion) investment has been announced by Hexing Group to build a local assembly line in Kenya for power goods that were previously imported from its Chinese manufacturing facility.

In order to capitalize on new opportunities in Kenya and the larger East African area, the funding will also assist the establishment of a new office in Nairobi.

The new facilities could support local economic growth by creating 100 employment within the year, according to Zhou Xiping, Hexing’s Regional CEO for East Africa.

“As the economic center of East Africa, Kenya offers enormous development and market potential, and Hexing is thrilled to increase our presence there,” Zhou said.

Zhou emphasized that the investment is an essential step in offering the area innovative energy solutions.

“In addition to providing jobs for the local population, we hope that this new base will boost economic expansion and provide innovative approaches for smart power distribution, water management, and developing energy markets in East Africa,” Zhou continued.

Inverters, charging heaps, energy storage batteries, water metering and treatment systems, power distribution solutions, and power metering and charging items are all part of Hexing’s product line.
